Steen has 35 years of experience in development, operation, support and management in the IT industry. Last 20 years, especially in IT Service management. Steen is very experienced in ServiceNow – the last 7 years he has been working on large ServiceNow implementations. This has included data architecture, solution architecture, configuration, development, integration, portal, SLA and CMDB. Steen has worked 20 years on ITIL process implementation and operation, especially in Configuration-, Service Catalogue- and Service Level management. Unique competences in the use of CMDB in a service management system and how CMDB supports other business processes.
Steen has strong analytical skills and can create the big picture of the business, process, and data. Steen is persistent, energetic and ambitious on his own, and on the customers behalf and a well-liked and collaborative leader who thrives interacting at all levels in the organization.
