Steen has 38 years of experience in development, operation, support and management in the IT industry. Last 22 years, especially in IT Service management. Steen is very experienced in ServiceNow – the last 9 years he has been working on large ServiceNow implementations. This has included data architecture, solution architecture, configuration, development, integration, portal, SLA and CMDB. Steen has worked 22 years on ITIL process implementation and operation, especially in Configuration-, Service Catalogue- and Service Level management.
